Secure, Quiet and Comfortable

The price might be high, but it is SUPER close to SMU, with a very quiet, comfortable community. It is also SUPER close to a big grocery, Kroger. The apartment has a swimming pool, barbecue place and a great gym. Also 3 minutes to DART transit, and 5 big restaurants (Sushi, Ramen, Taco, Bar and Texas Burger) just downstairs. It can satisfy most of your needs for an apartment.
