One Pearl Place Review
Great place

One Pearl Place
Great amenities (free Starbucks coffee, pool, gym, and amazing staff). Two options for housing: the breeze way ( very convenient since you park right out front of your apartment. However, no elevator. Pets allowed) can also live in a more typical apartment set up. 12 minute walk from the hospital.

One Pearl Place
One Pearl Place apartments are located in the perfect location to get to the medical campus. They are about a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the hospital. The apartment complex is home to mostly graduate students, residents, and undergraduate students whose parents are footing the bill. It is a very quiet building for the most part.
The building has a pool, gym, and common areas that are very well decorated. Other amenities include in-unit W/D, large rain showers, walk-in closets, and granite kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Really cannot complain at all except for the rent which goes up $50 a year, and due to its prime location there is high demand.
