decent value, gated parking and security guards

very convenient to get to campus. bus stop is right around the corner. also very close to Bristol farms and coffee bean. able to walk to the grad student gym. centrally located. the night security guards are all really nice. property manager is a little uptight but she's fine enough to deal with.
