Great value for proximity and space

The Boulevard apartments is located at a convenient distance (~1 mile) from campus, so it is easy to commute with a bike. Overall, the property has a lot of space, amenities (pool, gym, etc.), and the rent is pretty low for the area. I highly recommend renting a 2B2B apartment with a roommate.

The apartment is great

The apartment is only 8-minute drive to the campus. It's close to supermarket and many restaurants. In addition, this area is very safe.
