Good above budget apartment as rent prices decreases after the pandemic. Great amenities and landlord organizes numerous residence events.

My husband and I haven't had any issues with our apartment! We have great amenities for the price we pay, and everything is in good condition.

Nice Place to Live

The staff at Archstone Toscano is great. They respond well to any issues that arise and will communicate with you. The complex is nice and clean for the most part. Many of the residents are families and people who work in the medical center. The complex is safe as well. There were some car break ins recently, but that was the first time I’ve had that occur since moving into my apartment in July 2017. My main issue with the apartments is how thin the walls are. You can easily hear your neighbors’ talking, music, and tv. However this is only really an issue depending on the neighbors you have.

This apartment is on a street that is not busy. There are other apartment complexes next door. It is right by the bayou which is great for running and biking. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby. Traffic from the med center is busy but not too bad.

I feel safe in this neighborhood and feel comfortable walking alone with my pets. Grocery, gas, bank, pharmacy, etc. are all within 5 minutes of my apartment as well as many places to eat and shop. Very clean and kept up neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
