Decent
The apartment is cheap and safe, which is why I chose it. But the hallways smell awful and maintenance is slow to repair issues. This is not a place of luxury, but it is secure and affordable. If you have an expensive vehicle, be aware that some expensive vehicles have had their tires stolen in the parking garage. I drive an older car so it is not an issue for me.
