South Park Lofts

The apartment is ok and is relatively affordable given how expensive LA is. It is also quite large which is good for hosting people and it has in unit laundry. The main Downside is that the area (DTLA) is dirty and at times feels unsafe.

South Park Lofts

Pros: Good location, cheap for the area, nice rooftop, big units and rooms.

Cons: The bedroom doors are really thin, so you here everything from the common space. No real gym, no pool, nothing included in rent (i.e. utilities, internet, etc)
