Not too shabby
Pros:
- Lots of sunlight in my particular unit
- Decent storage space
- Walking distance to USC; right across the street from USC bus stop
- Relatively safe; need code/key to access parking lot and building
- Maintenance is generally very responsive
- Cheaper rent than Terrace Housing and most other units in the area
Cons:
- No dishwasher/tiny kitchen sink with no garbage disposal
- Funky layout; a lot of space is eaten up by hallways... why is my fridge by my closet and not in the kitchen?
- Only 3 washers/dryers that cost $2 per use in a building with 30 units
- No gym
- Definitely giving landlord special with paint and nasty carpet in hallways
- Website to pay rent is outdated and laggy
