Good for one

I live alone, and I think the apartments here are good for me. I have a small dog and the area I believe is dog friendly. There is space between the apartments to take my small dog on a walk. The apartment inside suits well for me. I would recommend someone signing here, though if you're one to go downtown it does take about 15-20 mins depending on the traffic

Thin Walls , Rent is not Steady

It is a nice place to live at, however the walls are too thin, I can hear everything, just like at any apartment complex but this one you can definitely hear a lot of what is going on with the neighbors.

The price is manageable however it changes every month due to the utilities, but I have never seen a $40 increase on a bill, from one month to the next, even when utilities are included.

Great Place

I love this apartment complex! The only downsides are the occasional bugs (complex backs up to a nature preserve) and horrible parking options. I'm pretty much forced to pay an additional $30 for parking because there aren't enough spots, AND the spots that there are are too small even for compact cars...who wants a bunch of door dings? It's quiet, kept clean, and the management is great. It would be nice if it wasn't mandatory to pay for cable, though.
