Great Location and Space
Our unit is over 1000 sq.ft. There are lots of apartments in the area that have cheaper options. I find that living outside of Malibu makes life better for me, and being in Marina Del Rey is a great area with vibrant options. Venice, Santa Monica, Culver City, LAX are within 15 minutes from me. Commute can suck, but I carpool. It’s 45 minutes to one hour. I find that it’s worth the trade off.
