Incredible Location and Amenities

This neighborhood is the jackpot when it comes to beach access, safety, and amenities. With a 10-minute walk to the ocean, incredible sunset lookout points, and its own pool, gym, and sauna, I give this neighborhood five stars!

Point Dume

Point Dume is a great location for students, families, or individuals. It is a "manufactured home" property, but they are quite luxurious. It is in walking distance of the beach. Many of the units are bought and not available for lease, but there are a handful of students that live in the park.
