IMT 8 South

IMT 8South - I like it

I love my building. Great amenities, units, area, and newly modeled. Only downside is that it is a 10 min drive to campus.

I love living at IMT. The management here is awesome (which if you read reviews of neighboring complexes, this is a rare thing to find). The amenities are top-notch (pool, golf simulator, gym, dog park, etc.) It has covered parking and is an 8-minute drive from campus. I don't personally have a pet but it is incredibly pet friendly. My apartment is the perfect size for me and my husband. It is a super safe building and near a ton of awesome restaurants. There's really not much I could complain about except that it is on a busy road so depending on what side of the building you're on, it can be noisy with the windows open.

Really love living here, going on my second year. Pretty kitchens, big closets, nice pool/gym/etc! Huge apartment complex in a good location.

I enjoy living at Imt 8 south. Its a very clean and quiet apartment complex. Always feel safe.

Office management is EXTREMELY understanding and professional. To my knowledge, lots of nursing students also live at this complex. Location is great, apartments & amenities are very nice

I love living at IMT 8 South. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath and love it. The closet is huge with in-unit washer+dryer, huge bathtub/shower, large living space for 1 person and all updated appliances. It's a really pretty space and I love my home here.

The neighborhood behind the complex is very nice and walkable. There are always people walking dogs and families walking at all times. 12 south is just a couple blocks walk away.

Lots of units in this complex, it pretty much sprawls across the entire block and is 8 stories. The pool is fun in the summer. I have been super happy here and the units are very nice and a good size!
