Distance to Belmont worth the expense

I love living here. There’s lot of amenities and I can usually make it to school within 7-10 minutes

Overall good location and ameneties

The Melrose is really conveniently located near Belmont University. It takes only 5 minutes to get to or from school with or without traffic. There are some restaurants in the building, hair salon in the building and in walking distance, banks, and other businesses in close proximity. Also directly across the street from Kroger and Publix is being built in the neighborhood as well. There are two gyms on property and the apartment offers free workout classes twice a week.

Melrose Reviews

Melrose includes 8th south where there are awesome restaurants (Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Smiling Elephant Thai, Mangia Italian, also Chick-fil-A lol ). 4 blocks up the street is 12th South which is a really cute street/area with restaurants, shops, etc. I walk at Sevier Park which is also on 12th South almost every day and it is a perfect spot to walk/picnic/etc.
8 South is the busy street in front of the complex, which is your typical busy street but has good Nashville restaurants on it such as ML Rose, Sinema, and The Sutler as well as a Kroger, Publix, Chickfila, etc.

The neighborhood behind the apartment is amazing. So walkable and so many beautiful houses in the neighborhood. So many restaurants and things to do in 12 South which is just a short walk away. I love walking the neighborhood and walking to dinner/drinks in 12 South. It is the best!
Up and coming neighborhood close to downtown. Many options for entertainment
lots of restaurants, close to belmont and 12 south
Busy street with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. A great location near downtown and backs up to 12 south. Super walkable.
Not very walkable, but all the essentials within close driving distance! Also close to Shade Tree Clinic, which has been helpful
Lots of car break ins even with cameras, neighbors house broken into
Melrose is really close to all of the things I need. I go to a gym near here, it is close to Belmont, and close to the church I attend. It is right off of some neighborhoods and you can take a walk to 12 south if you desire. It is a busy road to live on, but I do not notice the noise.
