Twenty and Grand is an 8 minute walk from Peabody. It’s a great price for the location, is a nice building and is in a super safe neighborhood. But the best thing is the management! They take such good care of you and are always there if you need anything. They truly feel like family and made living alone so much easier.

Close to campus, great area, cheap and safe, amazing staff

I absolutely love my apartment. There are tons of other Vanderbilt graduate students living here. The location is unmatched. I live a 10 minute walk or less from the medical school, less than 3 minutes from many libraries and restaurants and bars, and close to many other apartments in Midtown that other medical students live at. The building is very warm and welcoming with the best, kind, responsive management. The apartment is spacious and clean, and any maintennence issues that arise are addressed quickly. My only qualm is that for the price, I wish we had more amenities (we do have a small gym).

Con: Overly priced because of the location. Have basically no amenities except for the tiniest gym in the world. Relatively old building so it has no style.
Pro: Parking is pretty good since it’s assigned and you don’t need to worry about car being smashed. Maintenance responds pretty quick.

The apartment is close to the law school, but because I was assigned the highest floor and the largest room, the price was high, but water and garbage are included in the rent. The only other monthly expenses are electricity and internet.
The soundproofing of the windows and the interior walls and doors of the apartment were not very good, and I could hear a lot of noise.
If the air conditioning and heating in the two rooms are uneven, one room may feel cold while the other room feels hot. If you are afraid of cold or heat, please consider moving in carefully.

The management of the apartment is very kind and prompt in dealing with problems.

Twenty & Grand is very close to the law school and honestly, nothing beats the luxury of not worrying about commute. I can stop by my apartment between classes so that's been a big plus.
The management is very polite, professional and whenever I put in my maintenance request, the issue gets resolved within the day.
It is very pricey for the lack of amenities that the apartment provides but the positives have outweighed the negatives thus far.

2000 grand dont have a good price but just fair price for this location.
They dont have roof for rest or BBQ equipments in the garden. A small gym and a basic loby is all you can get but also sufficient to meet all you demand. If you are sensitive to location and distance, 2000 grand is a good chance. Here is safe and near law school although a little bit noisy in night because the traffic car and service truck of those resturants nearby(starbuck, chipolete&subway). There are many better choices for you with further distance. Moreover, they dont provide indoor lamp which means their room, in living room, are pretty dark. Further, their room AC can't be seperately controled which means your roomate will feel hot but you feel cold.

The apartment building is well maintained and everything who works there is very kind and friendly. The apartments are super close to the Vanderbilt graduate schools, so it's between a 5 and 10 minute walk to get there. The apartments are nice, and there is parking provided - Some sides face noisier streets than others, but it is very manageable

Everything is good except it is a cheaply constructed building and provides almost no noise reduction from the outside, which is extremely annoying.
