Fantastic management. Good sized units. Only two drawbacks - no pool (unlike other buildings in the area), and a good number of undergraduates living in the building.

Twenty & Grand is ACROSS the street from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and I have loved my experience. The building it a bit older, but it is quiet and the property manager is so nice. I am a two minute walk to Vanderbilt.

20 & Grand is in a really great location, about a ten minute walk from campus, next to lots of restaurants like chipotle, Panera, Starbucks, and just behind midtown so its walkable but you dont get all the noise. The management team there is truly some of the nicest people that want to make sure you are taken care of with everything! It's not as boujee as other places and may lack in some amenities - we only have a gym - but rent is very reasonable, parking is free and secure, rooms are big and spacious, and location is unbeatable.

Nice and close to campus--sometimes a little loud due to construction, neighbor's generators, and the trash trucks that come around in the middle of the night. Apartments are nice with plenty of space, and maintenace is very quick to respond! There is a small gym and free parking. Half of the building looks out to Nashville and the other half faces another building/the alley.

Twenty and grand is fantastic. The management is so nice and thoughtful. The apartments are nice and the rent is reasonable. So close to school which is fantastic (10 min walk). The building is full of grad students (mostly non-med Vandy schools) so it's quiet (i.e. not loud with undergrads). Would definitely recommend living here - I love it!

Twenty & Grand is a gem. The management is extremely responsive and caring. They really make the building feel like home. It is a great location walking distance from the hospital and the midtown scene as well as hillsboro village. I hope you like dogs though, there are lots in this building! They tend to play in lobby together, which is fun if you're a fan of dogs!

The property I live in has multiple locked doors to access the property with gated garages. It is also very close to campus. I commonly left my house 15-20 minutes before class and could come home during the day and study during short breaks.

Management here is extremely helpful and friendly. Very close location to school. Comfortable and quiet.
