Aertson
I love my apartment and the rooftop pool. There are other apartments that are as nice as the Aertson and might have better rent options, but what you are paying for at the Aertson is location. Being right across the street from the law school is so convenient. The management team was painful to work with for move in, but have been much better since. It is not the most secure building, but it is not unsafe. The gym and common areas look bigger online than they actually are, but they are never overcrowded so it is fine. The pool is shared with the hotel which is a little annoying but not bad at all. Overall, I would not move.

Safe, Convenient, & Comfortable Place to Live
This is the closest apartment building to Owen so I can get to the classroom in under 5 minutes. There have also been no issues with management or the building and maintenance is always responsive. The midtown area also has a lot of options for fun and food.

Aertson Studio Review
My experience has been great. It's the best location for an Owen student. It is right across the street from the school. The amenities are great. If there is a choice, opt for the south tower because people have trouble with the north tower elevators.

Aertson is great! Super convenient!
It’s SO convenient to live right across the street from VLS. Many students live at the Aertson, too, so there’s more community there. The gym is the best of the comparable neighborhood apartments, in my opinion. The kitchens and bathrooms are very nice, too!
