Great building for MBAs

Location is super convenient and central. Enough MBA students in the building to be social without feeling like a dorm. Amenities, especially the gym are top notch. Highly recommend!

Expensive but worth it

By far the best building I've seen among my friends. The management team is fantastic. I genuinely could not be happier. The parking is very convenient, and the location is excellent. I feel very safe here. The apartment also gets a lot of sunlight. Additionally, this apartment is very pet-friendly, which is very important to my partner and me. Furthermore, the gym is also really great, as are the co-working spaces.

Great amenities and mgmt - best MBA building in town

Very professional and responsive management, great concierge & maintenance team. Units are pretty sound proof. Close to the 19th street trolley station to get to class. Also feel super safe here.
