The Harper

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is really great and the outdoor space is excellent. Ideal location near the park but equally close to Target and CVS.

For an MBA, it doesn’t get better than this. Perfect location, convenient for commuting and also close to restaurants/bars, relatively new building, big windows, modern appliances, helpful staff, luxury feel, tech-enabled keys and shipping lockers, and top notch facilities (pool, grill area, common room, work spaces, and incredible gym with Peloton and small basketball court).

Great new building with very nice apartments. Probably one of the most expensive but nicest buildings in Rittenhouse.

Amazing staff, great outdoor area and gym

Apartment: the apartments are very new with gas stove tops and electronic door locks (can enter building and unlock door using phone). Room sizes aren't as big as other apartments but are well designed really well with a lot of closet space.

Facilities: Really big gym with half of a basketball court. Dog park is great for letting pets do their business and playing with other pups. The garden area is also very large with one large grill. There's also a swimming pool that's great for lounging (not a lap pool).

Management: Have been super responsive and generally respond the next day after requests. They also host really nice events from time to time like free pizzas, wine night, brunch, etc. Front desk personnel are super friendly and very resourceful.

Brand new apartment building in Rittenhouse. The Harper has a perfect location for school and social activities with top notch amenities. Price point is high which yields a quiet and clean atmosphere.

The Harper is the best building I’ve ever lived in hands down. From the common area to the gym (with basketball court) to park, no other Philadelphia building can match the amenities. The rooms are spacious and modern as well.
