Parkwest Apartments, specifically blocks 3900 and 3800, are the nearest to the bus stop, making it convenient to attend classes by aligning with the bus schedule. Additionally, proximity to grocery stores, including those offering Indian groceries, adds to the convenience. The property has amenities such as a gym, pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court, along with well-maintained common areas. One drawback, however, is the relatively high deposit amount before move-in.

This is a safe and good community with a lot of facilities and maintenance staff.

It is a little far from school if you do not have a car but its not too bad taking the bus.

Apartment is a 2bed 2 bath unit. suitable for 4 students sharing a room.
Utilities such as hot water, garbage disposal are not included in the rent.
The community is family friendly, pet friendly.

If you are planning to rent an apartment at Parkwest target 3900 and 3901 units, since these units are closer to Orange County BUS stop. and grocery store is also nearby.

The apartment is a good place to rent due to its location and facilities including lightning-fast maintenance. The maintenance team in this apartment complex is top-notch. They are not only quick to respond to requests but also incredibly skilled at what they do. The rent is on the higher side though.

We pay an additional $121 on top of the rent for water, trash and sewer charges. Electricity and Gas is a whole other bill.

It is not a very well-maintained complex and part of the reason why I went for it was because of the large Indian community and it was the least expensive apartment that was also close enough to go to university by bus. However, buses are infrequent and it is not a well-connected spot without a personal vehicle. Consider on-campus because it'll make your life easier.
