Foundry - Great but has much more potential
Experience at the apartment was good until this year with COVID as management failed to inform its applicant that undergrads were allowed to live there however stating on the website that they were not allowed to live there and then came the noise constant parties, dealings with management, multiple confrontations with neighbors.
If you decide on living there demand a fourth floor apartment

Just what I need
Great size, great location, great price...only knock is management but you rarely have to deal with them.

Great for ND students!
Foundry has the best location and management team. I would recommend anyone who doesn’t know the area well to live here!

Great location and solid choice
The Foundry (especially North) has by far the best location in terms of off campus housing. It is a 4 minute walk to campus and the stores and restaurants give the street a city vibe.

Awesome location
Love living here because of the distance from campus. Maintenance is slow and the leasing office is unprofessional.

Foundry South
The building is clean, and the study rooms are a great amenity for students. Because this is a new building, there are understandably some kinks I'm expecting will be worked out as time goes on. For example, the elevator consistently is out of order, and the power in the building has gone out multiple times, leaving tennants locked out due to fob-entry. Additionally, there is no lobby so deliveries are pretty much a disaster (I've had multiple packages lost with no explanation). Finally, it's curious that the parking security is attentive enough to threaten to tow my car for parking after-hours, but are nowhere to be found when cars are being broken into. Finally, I called the emergency line because my ceiling was leaking and not only is the line unattended, but when I got in touch with someone in the main office it took hours for anyone to help. So, the real perk of this apartment is that it's in a great location, and that it's not a visible dump.

Apartment is nice and new but the staff is overworked and slow to respond.

Foundry Studio
Small, but everything you need if you are a single graduate student.
Positive: Leasing agents are kind, proximity to campus, local shops and restaurants, walkability is great, feels safe
Negatives: Thinner walls, street parking is extra, more expensive than other options

Worth the expense
Great location and love the amenities! Within walking distance to school. Is a bit more pricey but worth it (in my opinion)!
