Well priced and great location

Though my particular unit does not have all of the newest appliances, it comes with so much space that we don't even know what to do with. The location is also great. I can simply walk downstairs to Central Market if I need to pick up quick groceries or a meal. There are also nearby neighborhoods where I can jog comfortably. It's a short drive to plenty of restaurants and just about anything else that I need. The commute to UH is only about 15 minutes on average and rarely goes past 25 minutes outside of the worst of rush hour. For the price we're paying, this is a great set up.

Friendly neighborhood. Right next to Levy Park - good for dogs and a few restaurants. Very close (less than 5 min) to multiple grocery stores, restaurants.

Very upscale and safe area. Lots of great food and nearby shopping for anything you need from H-E-B to the Apple Store. Also the Galleria is only 10 minutes away. Levy Park is right next to the complex and is great for dogs and kids.

We live above a nightclub/bar that is very loud. People often screaming in the streets. It was not open when we moved in.

The neighborhood is very safe!! I love living here, I doubt I move. There is also a lot to do around this area! Bars, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, close to malls, and very close to school!
