Good average apartment
I had a good experience with this apartment. My only complaint was the AC unit did not keep the entire unit cool during the summer. Instead it only kept the living room cold (where it was located). I really liked having an in-unit washer and dryer. I also was able to have my dog with me (extra cost) and I was able to have an extra parking spot (extra cost). Driving distance to Chapman is roughly 15-20 minutes. You can take the streets or the freeway.

Affordable housing in North Orange County
In a community with units that range from two story, 3 bed/2.5 bath to single story, upstairs, 2 bed/1 bath, the Yorba Linda Villages is a quiet neighborhood with a blend of young and old and single people and families. There is a pool, volleyball court, playground, and plenty of parking. It is close to the freeway and major shopping centers. About 20 minutes from campus, this neighborhood provides safety and easy access.
