Amenities on Amenities!!
The amenities at our apartment are fantastic! There's a rooftop pool and hot tub, insanely nice gym, bowling alley, arcade, golf simulator, rock climbing wall, Pelotons, sauna, tanning beds, business center, kid play area, and more. This truly is a luxury apartment complex. The units are very modern with stainless steal appliances, washer and drier in-unit, and Nest thermostats with camera doorbells. Because of these amazing amenities, lots of influencers and athletes live here, so you'll see people frequently making social media content. It's a great place if you're in your 20s or 30s hoping to make friends. Also great if you have pets, because there are tons of dogs in this complex.
The downside? Rent is definitely on the expensive side for Irvine. You can 100% find cheaper options. But in my eyes, you get what you pay for, and its worth it to me!
In terms of safety, I've always felt super secure. There are security cameras everywhere, and you need a key fob to get into most places. All packages are kept in Amazon lockers, so we've never had an issue with package theft. There have been a few incidents where police were called because of random petty crimes, but I think most people are over exaggerating. Every apartment complex deals with theft occasionally, but thats why you have renter's insurance.
Location is pretty good if you have a car. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and stores within walking distance. But I would recommend a car or bike if you're a UCI student.
