I really like being able to walk to school, and my apartment is nice. Can be loud off the pool in the summer.

Decent Housing and Close to Law School but Overpriced
Every year, the rent increases almost $200 a month despite a year of issues with wifi and frequent elevator malfunctions.

The actual building and facilities are very nice, it is spacious and modern, the only problem is management is sometimes slow to address problems.

Three Years at the Pavilion at North Grounds
I have lived at the Pavilion for all three years of law school. The only reason I have stayed is out of convenience--having furniture, my own bathroom, and close access to the school.
Were it not for the conveniences, I would have left the Pavilion because it is incredibly expensive and the management is unhelpful.

Pavilion Review
Living at the Pavilion has been a generally convenient and positive experience. There are countless amenities, and the proximity to the law school is particularly beneficial. The management could use some improvement, as we have had some issues getting them to address certain utility and machinery problems that we have faced in a timely manner, but they are generally helpful. The community is pretty lively, so sometimes the neighbors or people in the shared pool or dog park areas can be loud. The apartment itself is very spacious and the option to have it furnished saved us a lot of money.

It's OK
The best part about it is definitely the location and living close to a lot of other law students. Since I don't have a car here, this is one of few realistic options for housing since the law school and grocery store are both so close. The apartments themselves are renovated and look really nice. I know people who have had a lot of maintenance issues but personally it hasn't been too bad. That being said, it is very expensive and overpriced for what you are getting. If I had a car I would choose a different option.

Iffy Management and Overpriced
The location is the biggest plus for me. The building is generally pretty nice, but sometimes maintenance can be slow to fix issues. I also think that the rent is overpriced.

Aesthetically pleasing
The building and the apartments look great. However, we have had a lot of problems with the elevators and the wi-fi. It is a nice building and has great amenities but it is not the best choice if you want to save money. The units are furnished. They allow pets. If you are on your own, Copeley or Ivy are great choices for less money.
