Absent and Deceitful, Don't Live Here
They don't charge a security deposit, they instead charge a sneaky $350 "Administrative Fee" to each person that doesn't go towards anything, it's just an extra expense for no reason. They don't allow you to select specific room layouts, so you may get a carpeted apartment. If you do, good luck. They will charge you hundreds of dollars to "clean" it or replace it no matter what. They charged me and my roommates $1000.00 total just for the carpet. The amenities are often broken, especially in the gym. For example, 3/4 treadmills were down for several months. They don't clean anything in the complex. There was trash in the stairwells for months on end. Broken glass and throw-up stick around for several days even weeks. The bus schedule is unreliable and they won't update you in a timely matter, so you may be late often. They also skip stops so don't count on it for getting back to Lark. Parking is $120 a month, one of the highest prices in the town. They charge extra to sublease if you're going to study abroad or sublease for the summer. Don't live here, it's not worth the money.
