Amazing property close on franklin street
If you don’t mind not having a living room, this is great. I have my own room with an attached bath that is large and I don’t spend much time outside of my room or the kitchen. I am at school most of the time anyways. I really enjoy living here since it’s located on the most sought after franklin street.

You get what you pay for. The rent is cheap for the area and you see that in the building. The building is not built the best. There are no amenities and parking is very tight. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is the best feature of the building. There is no living room so most people use the 4th bedroom as a living room. The owner reduces the rent slightly if there are only 3 tenants in lieu of 4.
Most of the building is undergrad students, but there are some grad students mixed in.

Apartment is in a great location right next to Franklin St. with all utilities included. I was able to get a 3 person version at a reduced price, but still with 4 br/4 bth.
Despite being new, the apartment has several issues. The pipes freeze quickly in the winter, the landlord often makes changes to it without notifying anyone, the overall size per room is very small (can only fit 1 bd/dressed with no room for desk).
