Great for the price

- Very spacious apartment with tons of closet space
- Relatively well-kept building
- Loud traffic on Bundy
- Walking distance to groceries, coffee shops, bars

Great spot for the $ in Brentwood/Sawtelle

Nice 15 unit building with mostly young professionals and some families. Easy walking access to Ralph’s and other stuff on Wilshire. Close to a lot of other UCLA Anderson students.... overall a nice quiet spot.
