Great 1-bedroom in Sawtelle
This apartment is close to UCLA campus and there are a lot of UCLA Anderson students living in the area. I love the apartment because it is walking distance to the Sawtelle restaurants and its the perfect amount of space for my boyfriend and I. There is one parking spot included in a garage and dogs are an extra $50/month. We have a little balcony that looks out on the neighborhood. Management is always reachable via text or phone call, but it can take them a couple weeks to fix issues - luckily we haven't had many.
