TL;DR: Convenient place, good management, but kind of shabby looking building
Details: The apartment is close to the freeway although it is inside the DPS zone. The building is old and the carpets are definitely uninviting in the common areas but the inside of the apartment is pretty new and comfortable. Some of the residents are low to mid income families and some are students, so you will not have the "all-student building" vibe. If you plan on sharing the space (the 1 bedrooms can be easily used as two private rooms and are cost effective but I wanted a space for myself and chose a studio) and if you want to walk to school, the building is very convenient. And the company is very accommodating of requests. They let me move in mid-month and they answer my queries whenever I call them.
