Great Value
Great value apartment with a nice inside, but not the best neighborhood. A few homeless people around, but also a close walking distance to good food. Management is responsive to maintenance requests. Best part is that it is a 3bed 3 bath for $1000 per person, which is a rarity to find.

Not bad
Not bad at all! For the price, it's very hard to find somewhere in a good location with your own bedroom, bathroom AND parking space (we share 2 parking spaces amongst 3 of us). The area is slightly ghetto - there's lots of trash on the street and about five blocks down there are a few homeless tents. Nevertheless, it's walking distance to most of the best k-town spots, and about a fifteen minute drive to USC (30 minutes back afterschool w/ traffic).
My bathroom roof leaked, which kinda sucked. But otherwise, there isn't much to complain about. My room is about 15x15, so there's plenty of space. We also have a living room where we hosted some Marshall events!

Save Money. Live Better
Just like Walmart - great value for a decent apartment. No sparkles or glitter. Parking is tough as it's in koreatown. Not the cleanest neighborhood, but it's cheap and close enough to food, downtown, and campus.
