Great space for 3 roommates who want to live in neighborhood with convenient commute
Great space for students. It's not the newest appliances but it's reasonably priced and convenient for non-car owners b/c Culver City metro stop is 10 min walk away. Lots of cute shops, bars, restaurants, convenient stores, grocery etc within 5 min walk. Great dry cleaners nearby. Safe neighborhood. Easy parking when friends come over. Has A/C and heating but is in living room so bedrooms don't always match the temp.

Pros/Cons
Pros: Easy metro access. Cute neighborhood. Great shops and restaurants walking distance. Open living room/kitchen. Washer/dryer in-unit.
Cons: Rooms aren’t equal size. No central AC / heat. 2 parking spots but tandem and one is in a garage we have to manually open, street is permitted so need California plates.
