Old apartment building and bad management

The apartment is overpriced considering the tiny size of the rooms and the property is very old and mismanaged by the management team. We had a rat problem here once. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Poor Management

Lots of faults with the house. Some permanent, some recurring. Stuho's management is poor. Sometimes the work isn't done even after repeated reminders. The only pro is that it is very close to the university

Close to school but old building

It's a decent apartment, but the building is really old. The rooms are of small size. Stuho is a terrible landlord. The only reason we continue to live here is because it is 10 min away from Marshall
