Great Place to Live
The property manager and all of the staff on site are extremely friendly and responsive to any questions or issues you may have. The apartments are new, clean, and modern. The amenities are great, with a very nice gym, rooftop terrace with a hot tub, entertaining space, and conference room. The parking is a little expensive at $100 per month, but the parking lot is gated. The neighborhood is very safe and great in terms of access to the food options in Camden. It's a quick walk to the ferry if you want to ferry into Philly and maybe a 5 minute drive to get across the bridge.
