Great apartment
Carraway is a great place to live. Spacious, tons of amenities. A game room, coffee bar, very friendly management. Very comfortable.

One of the best apartments in Chapel Hill
You're living in a resort! Everything is new and well-maintained. The office and staff are highly engaged and will address issues within a day.
The gym, pools and lounges are awesome and more akin to a large city amenities. Would highly recommend checking Carraway out.

Quiet Gem in North CH
Somewhat midway between Chapel Hill and Durham, it provides great access to both social scenes. Chapel Hill Transit also allows for quick and easy rides to campus. As a pet owner, it has been great to have the space and amenities for my dog. There’s a full size dog washing station and miles of trails in back of the property. With one of the better apartment gyms that I’ve experienced and a sauna, it’s a great place to stay on top of your physical health. The apartments are newer, up to date, and stylish. The staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating as well.

Excelent apartments
Carraway Village is amazing. It is very quiet, conveniently located close to a Harris Teeter, Walgreens, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, and several other places. Also very close to the highway, making it close to the university (around 15 minutes). Management is great, always available to help and regularly communicating what's going on in the property. There is a dog park, cafeteria, food trucks (several times a week), fully-equipped gym, and more.

Best Apartment in Town
I absolutely love living here! It's a beautiful area with a drive-in movie theatre, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks all walking distance.

Love it; needs more storage; expensive
Carraway is wonderful for amenities, responsive management, great quality rooms. There is limited storage space in the studio, to be expected and a bit pricey for the area.

Carraway Village
This place is incredible! Definitely quiet and comfortable. Not too far from campus (12-17 minutes) and has a great sense of community. Many safety measures as well.
