Great spot for a couple or person living alone.
Noise travels from one unit to another, but the place is in great shape and has been an excellent base for my two years at Sanford.

Solid apartment
I didn't want to live in a big apartment complex, so this place worked very well. Noise definitely travels up from the downstairs neighbors, but while it can be annoying, it's not a deal-breaker. The fixtures and everything are new since the unit was renovated summer 2018. I live here by myself, but there is a second bedroom which would make it super affordable with a roommate. Easy, 10-15 minute drive to campus and a 15 minute walk to Fullsteam, etc. I haven't needed to talk to the management company since moving in, but they were very responsive during that process, so I'd expect the same if I have issues going forward.
