Pretty good apartment
I love the location, wood floors, and sunlight. The window unit a/cs are very loud and take a long time to cool the apartment. Heat is inconsistent in the winter. Management addresses maintenance issues quickly. Occasional pest problems, but management addresses them.

The apartment itself is nice. There were some miscommunications with management when I was renewing my lease, but overall, my experience has been good.

401 N Boulevard Review
I live in an older building that has a lot of "character." Wood floors are really nice and lots of windows provided good light. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but I live alone, so that isn't a problem for me. Heating can be inconsistent in the winder because the building is so old. Overall, though, I've had a good experience.
