Below average apartment for below average rent
Apartment is old and slightly falling apart. Management is not very attentive, but it is extremely cheap for the location. If you are fine with fixing some of your own stuff, it’s a great place to live. It is also extremely quiet, and the only noises I hear are musical instruments from my music school neighbors.
