Very Okay, but Great Location
It is a very old building, and it shows. The outlets are loose, it doesn't feel super nice or fancy, but the it does feel safe. It is also very affordable, it is less than a five minute walk from the law school, it is quiet, it has a great AC, and it has plenty of space for a single tenant and a dog. Also, management is very responsive to maintenance requests and the neighbors are generally considerate.

Pretty good
The pricing is pretty great, and the location is amazing for law students. I have quite a few gripes with management, but overall it is a good deal at the price point it is at. The company is going to raise prices on these properties though.
