Great unit, less great management
CSC can be a little slow to respond to inquiries, and I've had a few small maintenance-type hiccups. However, the unit itself is so dang cute. It's spacious--large bedroom with three (!!!!) closets, one of which is a walk-in. My dishwasher is meh, but all the other utilities are great (and I live alone/don't generate a lot of dishes, so I rarely use the dishwasher anyway). There are towing signs in the lot, but I've lived there for pushing three years w/o a sticker. Friends park there all the time as well. The layout is nice and open, and I always get compliments. Bedroom gets great light, but the rest of the unit gets just ok light (so get cool lamps). Close to bus routes. Fabulous pool. A little pricey, but that's Austin. I should note that I have a corner unit, and I think mine might be a little bigger than others (my bathroom, for instance, is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom - I don't think all units have that). Really, really going to miss this apartment.
