Actually Sucks
This place was cheap, but for a clear reason. We had several incidents where rainwater was coming through the roof, and the housing company did nothing to fix it. Problems with roaches and mice. Water pressure is at times a literal trickle. Breakers often trip and outlets won't work. The carpet looks absolutely disgusting. AC broke for a few days in late summer. Oh, and the management company is actively kicking people out so they can "flip" the units and charge a few hundreds bucks more a month.
