Great, quiet complex
Fantastic security, parking, maintenance/cleanliness, and neighbors without having to work with a large corporate landlord. Very close to campus and transit with ample sunlight throughout, though this can sometimes make the apartments a little warm. The only issues are lack of amenities (to be expected) and some landscaping damage that has been ignored since the winter storm in early 2021. Very safe with no mail or parcel delivery issues. Pricey but it's as good as you can get close to campus if you don't want to be in the mega-developments.

6 minute walk to Texas Law and an unbeatable space
I love my apartment/condo. Landlord is an Austin lawyer that lived here while he was a student at Texas Law. It's about 1200 square feet. Two spacious bedrooms, 2 bath, beautiful stained concrete floors. The living room and kitchen area is upstairs--along with a large balcony with amazing views of the city. The bedrooms and bathrooms bathrooms are downstairs with a cute little foyer. The bedrooms are connected by a second wrap around balcony. Two parking spots in gated garage and only a 6 minute walk to the law school. Likely available 6/1/2020. Keep an eye out for a listing on DEN Property Group.
