It's fine

Management has been awful, but the apartment itself is fine. Most of the appliances have been replaced though, so technically it's a better apartment than before.

Good unit, old building

My unit is privately owned, so my experience is only one of many in the apartment complex. That said, my landlord is amazing and I absolutely love living here and having her as my landlord. The building is certainly older, and the HOA doesn't really clean up in the common areas. Unfortunately, that means that if a tenant in another unit makes a mess in the garden area or pool area, it's up to others to clean it. I wish the spots in the front of the building could be used for guest parking. My unit doesn't have a ton of windows, so that is also a downside, but that could happen in most any apartment building. It is close to the law school, which is the main plus for me and half the price of somewhere like the Marq or Sabina.

Great!

Privately owned, newly renovated condo unit. In-unit washer & dryer. Walking distance to the law school and many other law students. 2 free gated parking spots. Free street parking for guests.

Good enough. Close from campus.

The complex is very quiet. It is a good place to study. Laundry/Drying room is good. Small pool that nobody use.
