Duplex owned by local landlord
It's great - lots of space and an office for studying at home. The landlord is very on top of things and the yard crew comes twice a month to take care of the backyard. Only complaint is the house does not get great natural light. It's also very expensive, but would probably be manageable with 3 people splitting the rent.
