quiet friendly housing
20 minute walk from the school, 10 minute bus ride. Quiet. Landlord leaves you alone for the most part, and is very responsive on any maintenance issues. No washing or drying machine on site, and no dishwasher.
Plenty of space for one person, and the complex is small (8 apartments total) so you get to know your neighbors and can do stuff like split internet costs. Lots of closet space, spacial external storage closet included. Parking is free with rent, convenient, and you can have pets (dogs, cats, etc) with a one-time refundable deposit.

Great spot
This is a great spot to live. My only problems with it are that I don’t have a dishwasher or a washing machine/dryer. It is close to campus (15 min walk, 5-7 minute bus ride on the 656) and very safe. Very spacious for one person and wood floors which make for easy cleanup!
