It's so bad.
Good location, decent price, but management is nonresponsive to anything, except rent payment, forced room viewings, etc. The place is squalid with old fixtures, cracked walls, roaches, drain flies, etc.

Honestly avoid if possible
Had many maintenance issues like water coming through the ceiling and drains clogging. Management has explained the latter saying the piping is old, and blamed tenants for mistreating it. We were told during the winter storm that water could not be restored for several days because the swimming pool needed repair. Gas was out for two weeks once without any sort of compensation. Don't live here if you can avoid it. Also flies and roaches unmitigated.

Mangement sucks
We had leaks in our ceiling which the mangement was slow to fix, gas was cut off due to valves needed to be replaced and we had 2 weeks without hot water, use of range or stove, or dryers.
