The rent is cheap compared to other options but it definitely shows it’s age.

Good but old
It’s a good location and the amenities are nice, but the building is very old. There’s only a few outlet plugs in the room and no light switches in the main living space. Also, it’s A/C boxes and radiator heat. That being said, it’s something you can live in and it’s only a few minute walk from campus.

Older building in great location with great character
I love my apartment. Although it has its quirks due to being 100 years old, and it doesn't have many amenities like some apartment complexes, its a great place to live in a great location. Because of its age, my rent is much lower compared to similar properties in midtown, and I'm within walking distance of several restaurants, concert venues, and convenience stores. I'm a 15 minute walk from the medical campus, and I can drive to downtown in 15 minutes easily with traffic. Love the Lee!

Old building, but great location and rent
The building is very old, which means that it has a lot of quirks and requires a decent number of calls to maintenance for upkeep. However, the apartment is large, rent is cheap for the size and location, and in a great location within walking distance of the medical school.

A good stay!
Pricey, but you can't beat the location. There was plenty of space -two large closets. The apartment is furnished, but consider these to be the bare minimum - no bedding, no towels, no cooking pans.

Great location, about a 10 minute walk to VUSN! Older apartment building but in good shape. Simple but very affordable.
