Good price, bad everything else.
This complex is cheap and on a UT bus route, but that's about it. My car has been broken into, mail has been stolen, and my air conditioning has broken three times. The leasing office is rude and dismissive unless you absolutely harass them, which is never a good feeling. I've had cockroaches the entire time I've lived here and they've never even tried to do something about it. The laundry center is regularly closed because every single machine has broken. On the plus side, I have no guilt about the holes I've put in the wall as we now do all of our own maintenance. They attempted to raise rent and pet rent right after COVID hit, citing "rising cost of living". I refused to pay more for myself or my cat but it was an endeavor and I could see them bullying a nicer person into paying.
