Georgetown Apartment Homes

The complex is quiet and just a short drive to the school. The office staff are always kind and very quick to take care of any issue that may come up. Parking is always close to the door. Garages are available but are only located in parts of the complex. I feel very safe on the ground floor and have ample space. It feels very much like a home. I had originally wanted one of the apartments with a fireplace but you get more square footage without. The apartment is also very well insulated so it really hasn't been an issue. (I did opt for purchasing an electric fireplace for aesthetics.) I had also purchased a charcoal grill but the complex was recently told by the fire inspector to outlaw grills that are not pellet grills or gas grills. The storm shelter is accessed via the office and is located in the gym.

I have lived in these apartments for a semester and have really enjoyed my stay. I plan on living here for another year and a half. The utilities are not included with rent, which makes this place a little more pricey, but I enjoy being a little farther off campus, away from undergraduate students. Many elderly individuals and families live here, which allow me to feel more comfortable and safe in this environment.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a resident at Georgetown Apartment Homes. The staff is very helpful, the apartments are up to date, the location is in a great part of town, and pets are allowed. I have found the price to be very affordable, and it is a relatively quiet community.

The property is beautiful and the apartments are all new appliances. There is a small gym and a small pool on property. There are a lot of rules here, but it keeps the complex very peaceful and beautiful. The management is quick to come out when a maintence request is placed.

Great for what I was looking for as a graduate student.
