Good maintenance
We had some issues when we first arrived with the air conditioning, but they got maintenance quickly. The Links are a 15 minute drive from campus. My one complaint would be not being able to use command strips to hang up lights and having difficulty finding studs to add decorations to the walls.

Great apartment!
The Links is a great place to live. Management is great, great amenities, and overall nice apartments. Just is on the more expensive side.

Beautiful, pet-friendly, apartment with great amenities.
I've greatly enjoyed my time at the links.
There are a variety of floor plans available to suit your needs with many amenities included. The apartment is affordable but really beautiful and spacious. It allows me to feel like a grown adult while not breaking the bank.
I have been living alone in a 2bd/1b apartment with my cat for a year with no issues. Maintainence responds to issues within 24hrs generally. Office staff is kind and helpful. There is lots of parking, a dog park, tanning beds, and a gym. The only negative I've noticed is that the gym is not that robust if you're a gym rat, but for someone who is looking to exercise occassionally it has been great.

The Links at Manhattan Review
Great place to live, close enough to town while staying out of town.

The Links
I've found to have a good number of small spiders near my windows, but I feel like that comes with most places. I have a 2 bed 1 bath with just myself, I use the extra room as an office space. Having lived in their 2 bed 2 bath before, I feel like the 2/1 has much smaller rooms than the 2/2

Good place to live with a lot of amenities
The links is a good place to live, but it can get very expensive. The high expense comes with a lot of great amenities such as a pool, gym, basketball court, dog park and more. If you utilize these, it is worth it, but if you don't, then it might not be.

Good value for price
I think it’s great price for the cost, especially if you would like to have a pet or own bathroom. Pool is great and there is an on-site gym. Have had to call maintenance a few times for a reoccurring problem but it was fixed promptly every time. Quiet neighborhood. Not a whole lot of interaction with management. Overall, positive experience.

The Links at Manhattan
The apartments themselves are very nice, and it's a great location. Had a horrible experience with management when I needed a repair done. Got jerked around for 2 months and had to contact them at least 7 times before they finally fulfilled the maintenance request.

The Links are Great!
The Links is a great place to stay if you can afford it. It's not loud and it has several amenities and is spacious. The best part for me is there is a bus stop that takes me to campus every day and I really appreciate that.

3 years at the Links
The Links is a great place to live, although it can be pricey depending on whether you want to live alone or not. They are super pet friendly and have a large dog yard that people use often. I live here with a dog and a cat. Management is your typical management; they don't go out of their way to do things for you but they don't harass you either. The neighborhood is great because you're just on the edge of town, where you can get to things within 10 minutes, but the area is pretty quiet. The pool and gym are great, and there's a clubhouse you can rent for get-togethers (which is also used for voting in this district, so voting is so year, literally just walking down to the office). Maintenance is fine, we haven't had many issues, so it's difficult to judge whether they are good or not.
As far as inside the apartment, for one, I rarely hear the neighbors in their adjacent apartments. The apartment is spacious and has tons of storage space; each bedroom has its own walk-in closet for clothes AND an additional closet near the door for more clothes or just storage. You have a washer and dryer in a closet with more storage, and a dishwasher as well. Lots of cabinet storage for dishes/pots/pantry items. Bathrooms also have storage cabinets as well. The apartment is spacious; big living room, comfortable size bedrooms where you could fit a King bed in each with room left for a dresser or desk if you wanted (we have a King in one and a Queen in the other). We also have a balcony unit, and the balcony is big as well. Our pets enjoy laying out there in the sun and we're able to grow plants just fine outside.
Overall, I'm happy to have chosen to live at the Links and will likely live here until we are able to get a house. It's an expensive place but great value if you have pets (especially dogs), want your own washer/dryer, like to go to the gym/pool, and like a quiet atmosphere.
