Very close to campus. Good value.
It is very close to campus and management is very responsive to any problems with the unit. Pet friendly. Area has a lot of undergrads who sometimes have large parties in the parking lot on football game days. Management tries to stop this, but it continues to happen. In my opinion, it's annoying, but doesn't make me want to move. I would definitely recommend.
One thing to note is only the newer units have in unit laundry. No hook ups in older units. There is a laundry room on site, costs around $5 to wash and dry one load.

Definitely lower income
The management group is very responsive and the apartment manager is very nice and responsive. It definitely feels low income and there aren’t a lot of students around. But it’s right off 23rd street and only 5 minutes from campus. I wouldn’t live here if I was a single woman but as a single man I feel safe here. Definitely a short term property

Management Lies and Does not take care of complex
Complex is filthy covered in trash and dog poop everywhere. Managment takes weeks to respond to requests. And openly lies about work being done and the apartments habitability. Also full of hidden charges and fees upon move in. Very dangerous always have random people walking around and dogs off leashes. Cops are frequently there.

Peaceful & clean apartment
I love it here. Eddingham is a good place for graduate students who want a peaceful place to study and relax. I haven’t had any problems since law school started. I can focus pretty well when I’m at home. All the grocery stores and bus stop are within 5 minutes walking distance. Wifi is fast. I had no problems having zoom meetings with classmates. A good place to split rent with a classmate or partner.
